Why are shipping lead times 3-4 weeks?
Every tray is made to order in our Des Moines studio. Each piece can take many hours to print, assemble, finish, and package. We intentionally limit production so we can maintain quality and continue designing new additions to the collection.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items in unused condition.
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Limited edition or Collector Series products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Are these officially licensed Disney products?
No. Fifth Gate Studio is an independent creator and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company. These pieces are simply artistic interpretations of some of our favorite places.
What are the trays made from?
Our trays are crafted from premium PLA plastic, a plant-based material, and are designed to be both functional and display-worthy.
Can I customize a tray?
Many trays are available with personalized text options. Custom design projects may be considered on a limited basis.
Will you make a tray for [insert resort name]?
Maybe! New resorts are added based on community feedback, design opportunities, and our release schedule. If there's a resort you'd love to see, send us a message and let us know.
Will sold-out trays return?
Most standard Resort Collection trays will return in future restocks. Collector Series releases are often limited and may not be reproduced. Check out our Release Schedule for details on upcoming drops.
Do you sell the 3D print files?
No. Fifth Gate Studio products are only available as finished physical pieces. We do not sell or distribute STL files.

It came in sooner than when I thought plus the little details such as the monorail are really neat. It's a great place to put all my stuff by my bed for when I need it in the morning (sunglasses, wallet, etc). I also love their media page & I can't wait to see what they do next!
